The only reason Puig was even in that spot was his hustle (recklessness?) on the bases. He scored from second on a failed double play turn. Not too many players can pull that off.
Puig’s scamper was one of LA’s few highlights in an 8-2 loss that ended the Dodgers’ winning streak at six. Worse, Puig later left the game because of a sore hamstring.
