Willis' statement comes in the wake of a leaked recording of Donald Sterling making racist comments.
As part of a 2013 settlement, WIllis legally owns the right to 33% of "Y.M.C.A" and the rest of the group's hits.
TMZ notes that Willis says he intends to send an official letter to Sterling on Monday morning.
